Compounds of formula: <IMAGE> in which R1 and R2 are each alkyl, cycloalkyl or phenyl, or NR1R2=piperidine, Ar is optionally substituted phenyl or thienyl, and X< is one of the following linkages: <IMAGE> are useful as anxiolytic, antianginal and immunomodulatory agents. They may be made by reaction of an amine with the corresponding acid chloride.
