PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and miniaturize the whole device by rotatably linking pressure blades on the outer peripheries of first and second output shafts in the axial positions opposite to each pressure chamber and sealing a highly viscous liquid in each of inner spaces which are partitioned by these blades. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of an input gear 21 is transmitted to a differential case 30 via a ring gear 22 and pressure is generated in pressure chambers 64, 74 in accordance with the relative rotating speed between the differential case 30 and first/second output shafts 40, 50, making multiple-disk clutches 60, 70 engaged by pressure via pressure pistons 63, 73 to transmit the rotation of the differential case 30 to the first and second output shafts 40, 50. When relative rotation takes place between the two output shafts 40, 50 because of a curve, etc., one of the multiple-disk clutches slips more than the other absorbing the relative rotation. If the output shaft 40 is idly rotated causing the output shaft 50 to fail to rotate, a large relative rotation takes place between the differential case 30 and the output shaft 50 generating a large pressure in the pressure chamber 74 due to the rotation of a pressure blade 75, making the pressure piston 73 engage the multiple-disk clutch 70, to transmit the rotation of the differential case 30 to the output shaft 50.
