PURPOSE:To improve workability by melting one of bonding electrode of adjacent optical generating elements by a laser beam irradiation from a light transmissible insulating substrate and bonding the rear face electrode to the other collecting electrode with melted and solidified material. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam is so irradiated from a light transmissible insulating substrate 1 toward a bonding electrode 2b as to connect the electrode 2b for forming one optical generating element B of adjacent optical generating elements A, B to a condensing electrode 6a of the other element A to melt the electrode 2b, and also to fuse and cut a rear electrode 3b disposed between the electrodes 2b and 5a, a semiconductor layer 4, and a transparent electrode 5a partly. The melted material of the electrode 2b is filled in a groove formed by this fusion and cutting, solidified as it is to electrically connect the electrode 2b to the electrode 6a with the solidified material 2x. Here, the melting points of the electrodes 2a-2c are set to higher temperature than the forming temperature of the layer 4. Thus, the workability is improved. |
