PURPOSE:To enable shut off of input vibration in a wide frequency area, by a method wherein an actuating member is formed by closing a recessed part on the partition plate side by means of a resilient member for supporting a mass member having a communicating hole, and the actuating member is mounted to a support body by means of a communication hole on the first support body side and an annular throttled part to divide a collection chamber into two sections. CONSTITUTION:A collection chamber 34 is formed with first and second support metals 10, 12, a rubber resilient substance 18, a partition member 32, and a diaphragm 26, and is filled with non-compressive fluid. An actuating member 56 mounted to the first support metal 10 divides the collection chamber 34 into two sections in association with an annular throttle part 66. The opening side of a cylinder part 62 provided on the first support metal 10 side with a through-hole 74 and on the partition plate 32 side with a recessed part 64 is closed with a rubber ring 68 to form the actuating member 56, and a given mass of a metallic ring 72 having a through-hole 70 is resiliently supported by using a rubber ring 68. This constitution enables excellent shut off of input vibration in a low frequency area by means of a throttle passage and in a high frequency area by means of a moving means. |
