PURPOSE:To facilitate multitracking by changing the shape of lead wires by each element. CONSTITUTION:The adjacent lead wires are so formed that the shape of at least one thereof is different from the shape of the other. Namely, the shape of the lead wires is changed as desired by each element in such a manner that the areas of bonding parts increase with the respective lead wires. The contact of the adjacent external lead wires with each other in spite of an increase in the number of tracks and the degradation in the adhesive strength by the decreased area of the bonding parts are thereby prevented and since the larger area can be taken for the bonding parts of the lead wires, the multitracking to 6-8 times (108-144 tracks) is enabled even if a bonding technique for 18 tracks is used. |
