<p>PURPOSE:To contrive high-density press by extruding plastic waste melted in a double cylinder through a partition passage narrowed in comparison wit an annular passage with the pressure of a plunger and discharging it in a band- like shape through the discharge port of an adjustable plate. CONSTITUTION:In a double cylindrical equipment for melting and solidifying plastic waste, heaters 5, 6 are provided in the wall of an outer cylinder 1 and in the wall of an inner cylinder 2, respectively. guide blocks 9 are arranged by connecting them with an annular passage 3 formed between the outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 2 and partition blocks 17 are connected with these guide blocks 9. An adjustable plate 30 with a discharge port 31 having the same shape as the crosssectional shape of a freely turnably provided partition passage 18 is provided to the terminal part of the partition passage 18 formed by the partition blocks 17. As a result, band-shaped plastic material capable of high-density press can be discharged without slowing discharging velocity.</p> |
