<p>PURPOSE:To preserve a grid substrate in a cylindrical shape as necessary and to constitute it in a transparent sheet as well by depositing conductive particles on an insulating thin film such as a polyester film so as to constitute grid patterns. CONSTITUTION:A part corresponding to an epoxy glass plate 2d is the polyester film 11 and parts corresponding to the grid patterns the conductive particles. Through holes 13 are provided on parts corresponding to a terminal 110d or the like. The conductive particles 12 are deposited on one side or both sides of the polyester film 11. The grid patterns of necessary kinds are prepared and they are superimposed. The polyester film to which the grid pattern is not deposited is inserted into a necessary place without bringing two grid patterns respectively into contact with each other. If the superimposed film is thermally adhered, the grid substrate including plural grid patterns can be obtained.</p> |
