摘要 PURPOSE:To make relevant works to testing easier and shorten required time, by isolating an accumulator from a gas storage vessel and by supplying a testing gas to the accumulator. CONSTITUTION:A piston typed accumulator 37 for a water storage for a nuclear reactor scram is connected to an inserted piping 32 for injection of scram water via an inlet scram valve 36, and a pressurized gas (a nitrogen gas for instance) to drive the piston is supplied from a gas storage vessel 41 to the accumulator 37 via a connecting pipe 40. On this connecting pipe 40, an instrumentation unit 47 for detection of the gas pressure is installed. And at a part of the connection pipe 40 locating closer to the vessel 41 than the unit 47, a pressure regulating valve 58 is installed as an isolator to be able to isolate the vessel 41 from the accumulator 37. Also the vessel 41 has its constitution so as to be used as a gas feeder when the accumulator 37 is tested. Thereby without any necessity for removal of the accumulator 37 and degassing of the vessel 41, a leak test and an integrity test of the accumulator piston can be accomplished.
