PURPOSE:To increase the dielectric constant of the titled compsn. in a microwave region and to increase the temp. coefft. of resonance frequency to the minus side by incorporating prescribed percentages of PbO, ZrO2 and Al2O3. CONSTITUTION:This porcelain compsn. is a compsn. represented by a formula (PbO)x.(ZrO2)y.(Al2O3)z (where each of x, y and z is mol. fraction, x=45-55, y=45-55 and z=0.2-6). The compsn. has a high dielectric constant in a microwave region and the temp. coefft. of resonance frequency is increased to the minus side. |
