NEW MATERIAL:A peptideamide expressed by the formula [X is Gly, D(L)-Ala, D(L)-Asn, D(L)-Gln, etc.; CHA is cyclohexylamidated product of carboxyl group of amino acid.; n is 1 or 2; m is 0 or 1]. USE:A muscle contraction suppressing agent. PREPARATION:For example, the formula Z-Arg(NO2)-OH (Z is protecting group of amino group) activated in a solvent is reacted with the formula D-Ala- CHA.HCl and then the resultant compound is reduced with hydrogen in the presence of Pd-black and protecting group is removed to give the formula Arg-D-Ala-CHA, which is then dissolved in water and reacted with the formula Boc-Met-OH (Boc is protecting group of amino group) and the amino protecting group is removed and then the solution is reacted with the formula PMZ-Phe-OH (PMZ is protecting group of amino group) and amino protecting group is removed to provide the compound expressed by the formula. |
