<p>PURPOSE:To require no check for a receipt by an expert and to correct health care information only by a computer by providing a changing means for checking the contents of the bill specification of a health care charge according to a rule table, correcting and changing the amount of money. CONSTITUTION:The health care information of a chart is inputted from terminals 15, 16 and stored in a storing part 12 constituted of a disk or the like. Then, the health care information for every patient is called out to a main memory 11A, for instance, on one month from the storing part 12 to form the receipt for a demanded part and calculate the amount of money for every demanded part. The rule table indicating an allowable rule showing the degree of an item allowed by the receipt and a prohibiting type indicating an item of no appearance and its degree is formed and stored in a storing part 13. Every item appearing in the respective receipts is checked according to the rule table 17. Then, while referring to the chart, the corrected contents are inputted from either one of the terminals 15 or 16, and the items of the receipt are corrected, deleted or added.</p> |
