<p>PURPOSE:To omit soldering work and the like for attaching lead wires to coils, by providing conductors, which penetrate through a core, and forming thin films of the coils on the ends of the conductors on one side. CONSTITUTION:Each coil 28 on a ferrite core 22 on the side of a stator is formed by sputtering or evaporating copper on a facing surface 26 of the ferrite core 22 on the stator side. An end part 28a of the coil 28 is directly attached to one end 30a of a copper conductor 30, which penetrates through the ferrite core 22. Both end parts 30a and 28a are conducted. Each coil 40 on a ferrite core 20 on the side of a rotor is formed by sputtering or evaporating copper on a facing surface 24. The end part of the coil 40 is electrically led out to a substrate 44 through a conductor 42 as in the stator side. Thus the coils can be formed as a film without consideration of soldering and the like for the lead wires and the coils. Therefore, the manufacturing steps can be made easy.</p> |
