<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly and exactly perform the positioning of a tape at a targeted position, by fetching a feed state signal by a feed state detecting means and a target position signal from a target position setting means, and controlling the feed speed of the tape by stages based on comparison of them. CONSTITUTION:By issuing an instruction to start the positioning of the tape by a search means 14, the feed state detecting means 20 detects the feed state of the tape driven by a tape driving means 21, and obtains the feed state signal. Meanwhile, the target position signal which represents the targeted position to be positioned of the tape is outputted from the target position setting means 13. A feed control means 12 fetches the feed state signal and the target position signal, and generates a feed control signal which controls the feed speed of the tape by stages based on the comparison of them, and sends it to the tape driving means 21, and the tape driving means 21 drives the tape and positions it at the targeted position based on the feed control signal. In such a way, it is possible to perform the positioning of the tape in a short time and exactly.</p> |
