PURPOSE:To automate a control of recirculation flow and an insertion of a control rod and to enable an improved automatic output control to be available, by inputting an output regulating signal to a recirculating flow controller or a control rod regulator according to a value of a reactor core flow. CONSTITUTION:An output regulator 5 outputs an output regulating signal to a flow judgement device 6. The device 6 receives a core flow signal from a flow detector 2 and when being judged the core flow to stay in a range of a higher flow region, it transfers the output regulating signal from the regulator 5 to a recirculation flow controller 7 as it is, and makes the controller 7 control a reactor output with controlling solely the recirculating flow. On the other hand, in case that the core flow is judged to stay in the range of lower flow region, the core flow signal is furthermore compared with a limit value of an automatic flow control at a flow comparator 8. In case that the flow is greater than the limit value, the flow regulating signal is transferred to an output demand distributor 9, is distributed to the controller 7 and a control rod regulator 10 and thereby a cooperative controlling by both two is carried out. Otherwise, when the core flow is smaller than the limit value, the output regulating signal is thoroughly output to the regulator 10 by the output demand distributor 11 and thereby a control solely by a control rod operation is carried out. |
