The invention relates to a rolling scaffolding for the construction and/or for servicing electric traction lines equipping the railway track networks, of the type of that including a plinth 1 which is mounted so as to roll (arrow A) along rails 2a and 2b and acting as a support base for a frame 4 guiding the heightwise movements arrows B and C of at least one ladder 5a and 5b including a horizontal platform 6a and 6b attached so as to overhang the plane of the ladder and intended to carry an individual of the servicing team. According to the invention, the above-mentioned framework 4 adopts the form of a six-faced polyhedron of which: - the two base planes are parallel to the plane of the plinth 1 on the one hand, - the two opposite planes standing transversely to the median plane of the railway track adopt the form of two isoceles trapezia, on the other hand, - and finally, the two inclined opposite planes each one located between the two trapezoidal planes and the two base planes acting as a guide ramp for two ladders which can move, arrows B and C, are on an axis which is parallel to the inclined plane guiding it.
