<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time for storage and delivery and reduce the number of operational actions in a three-dimensional warehouse for accommodation of parts by performing storage and delivery into/from a single accommodation rack and a mixed accommodation rack on the basis of the data from a parts stock data memory, a rack data memory, and an accommodated pattern memory. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming/outgoing command is sent to a rack selection control device 5 from an input part 6, display 7 indicates the contents of the command while another display 8 gives the storage/delivery incapability situation classified by parts. In conformity to the incoming/outgoing command, the rack selection control device 5 selects the rack number for storage/delivery of the parts on the basis of the data from a parts stock data memory 2, a rack data memory 3, and an accommodated pattern memory 4, and then drives a transport device 9 to perform storage/delivery. The parts accommodating rack 1 is composed of single accommodation rack and mixed accommodation rack, and a suitable rack is selected thereof in accordance with the incoming/outgoing parts. This reduces the number of operational actions and shortens the time of for storage/delivery.</p> |
