PURPOSE:To obtain a recording medium having good preservable stability by using cured matter consisting of an epoxy resin, photodecomposable org. silicon compd., metal complex compd., etc., in the case of adhering two sheets of disk substrates by positioning recording layers on the inner side. CONSTITUTION:The recording medium 8 is constituted by forming the recording layers 3 on at least one face of the transparent plastic substrates 1 and sticking the substrates with the recording layers positioned on the inner side to each other via an inner spacer 4 and an outer spacer 5. The following materials are used for the adhesive agent layers 7 at this time: The cured matter formed of the mixture composed of an alicyclic epoxy resin which is liquid at room temp. and solid epoxy resin, the photodecomposable org. silicon compd. such as sillyl peroxide and the metal complex compd. such as tris(acetyl acetonato) aluminum is used.
