发明名称 BELT TYPE CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To restrain clogging of water film flow passage caused by iron powder, etc., in cooling water by executing cooling of a belt by forming high speed water film flow between a pat liner composing nonmagnetized body arranged at back side of the belt and the belt and arranging magnetized body at the back face of the pad liner. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 4 is poured from a tundish 2 through a nozzle 3 and slowly cooled by the belt mold 1 to obtain the cast slab 6. The high speed water film flow formed at the gap between the pat liner 9 and the belt 1 is formed by supplying the cooling water from cooling water nozzles 12 of water supplying header 11 and flowed down to drainage header 13 through the drainage nozzle 14. Grooves 16 are arranged at the back face of the liner 9 and magnets 17 are arranged to attract the belt 1 to the pat liner direction by the magnetic force. By this method, as the float-up of the belt is prevented, the sufficient high speed water flow can be formed. Further, as the magnet 17 is buried in the pat liner 9, the scale, iron powder, etc., in the high speed water film do not attracted and the stable water film flow passage is formed.
