PURPOSE: To simplify a device structure by providing a cutter block between upper and lower counterblades and supporting and driving them with one or more fluid-actuated cylinders. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower counterblades 5, 1 are provided in a press and a cutter block 6 is positioned with respect to the two counterblades 5, 1. The cutter block 6 is provided with a lower blade 8 for upwardly folding and an upper blade 7 for downwardly folding. Furthermore, the block 6 is supported with one or more fluid-actuated cylinders 9 having a shaft 10 and folding is performed with the shaft 10 through an eccentric structure 12 by inserting and supporting a plate between the upper and lower counterblades 5, 1. The device structure is simplified because it is formed of a small number of parts hereby. |
