PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the gloss degree of an oval reflex mirror, by providing two pinholes and a light receiving element for separately receiving the formed images thereof. CONSTITUTION:An oval reflex mirror 10 is irradiated with light emitted from a linear light source 11 and the positive reflected light of the reflex mirror 10 is condensed to a pinhole 12 while the output of a line sensor 13 shows the intensity distribution of positive reflected light in each part of the reflex mirror 10. On the other hand, the output of a line sensor 15 to which the reflex mirror 10 is projected at a pinhole 14 shows the intensity distribution of diffused reflected light. If the ratio of the outputs of the sensors 13, 15, that is, the ratio of the intensity distributions of the positive reflected light and the diffused reflected light are taken, the distribution of the gloss degree of the reflex mirror can be obtained. |
