PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion resistance of a nozzle hole part and to reduce the face roughness of a sliding part by casting a nozzle hole member of high corrosion resistance and sliding face member of high wear resistance into the base metal of a castable refractory of spalling resistance. CONSTITUTION:The refractory plate of corrosion resistant and wear resistant material of a zirconia, etc., is used as the raw material of a nozzle hole member 2 and sliding member 3. To the castable refractory becoming a base metal 1 at least either one part of a stainless steel fiber or graphite is added. A vibration casting is executed by pouring the castable refractory thereof into the mold set with the steel strip 4 becoming a frame in advance and the nozzle hole member 2 on a vibration casting machine to form the base metal 1. Thereafter the sliding member 3 is buried while the base metal 1 is not solidified and its sliding face is pressed by pressurizing uniformly so as to become in a plane. After completion of casting, the hardening is progressed by leaving it for more than one day as it is, grind finishing is executed on the sliding face then and thereafter drying treatment is executed. |
