<p>A dispersion of ceramic superconductor particles is distributed in a matrix of a continuously connected nonferromagnetic metal. This bi-phase composite permits the material to exhibit the mechanical and thermal properties of metal and yet retains the superconducting properties of ceramic superconductors.</p>
