There is described a dry product which can be reconstituted by saliva and which can be stored at room temperature, the product being in solid form and containing less than 0.5% by weight of lactulose, based on the dry product, for direct consumption, based on milk or dairy products, carbohydrates and if desired further additives, and containing lactic acid bacteria.
