PURPOSE:To improve the controllability of a reformer at the time of load variations or the like as well as to improve the extent of load followability in a plant by installing a device which gives a correction value to the setting value of combustion gas temperature, while detecting typical temperature in the reformer, and determining the correction value on the basis of this detected value. CONSTITUTION:Such a combustion gas temperature that is most speedy in a response and high in controllability among temperatures in a reformer 1 is controlled, and the setting value of combustion temperature is compensated by a compensation signal on the basis of a typical temperature in the reformer 1. For example, a controller 11 gives a compensating signal (j) to a combustion gas temperature setting value (b') on the basis of a deviation signal between a reformer tube upper temperature (a) and the setting value (b), whereby a final setting temperature (b''') of combustion gas is set. With this constitution, quick-responsiveness of control is secured, and the desired reforming reactivity is made surely securable, thus improvement in load followability as a plant is well promoted. |
