Similarly, the steering angle is inputted into the control circuit 71 from a steering angle sensor 6, and the car speed is inputted into the control circuit 72 from a car speed sensor 11. When the car speed is over a prescribed value, and the torque value is over a prescribed value, and the steering angle is over a prescribed value, the ground clearance control circuit 72 reads the damping force corresponding to the torque value from a memory, and the car speed correction for the damping force is executed. The electric current control calculation is carried out according to the corrected damping force, and a motor 13 for actuator is driven through an actuator motor driving circuit, and the damping force of a shock absorber 12 is varied.
