PURPOSE:To obtain a device to be suitable to mass-production by pressing a substrate to a stamper in condition to maintain a bending condition, erasing the invasion of air to ultraviolet hardening resin and a signal noise by the bubble and executing a successive transferring. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 20 is gradually pressed to a stamper 1 in a direction from an upper stream side to a lower stream side by the moving of an applying roller 12, ultraviolet hardening resin 3 of an upper surface is pressed to the stamper 1 and a pattern of the stamper is transferred to the resin 3. Since the substrate 20 is successively pressed to the stamper 1 along the lengthwise direction, the air between the substrate 20 and the stamper 1 is successively discharged to an external part and it never invades into the resin 3. When a truck 20 achieves the lower stream edge of the supplying direction of the substrate 20, the substrate 20 to position in the lower direction of the stamper 1 is wholly pressed to the stamper 1 and the plural pattern signals are simultaneously molded to the substrate 20. Thus, the titled device goes to be suitable to the mass production of a disk and since the bubble does not invade the ultraviolet hardening resin at the transferring time, the exact transferring of the pattern signal can be attained. |
