PURPOSE: To realize the comfortable glitter by specifying luminance and a solid angle. CONSTITUTION: The surrounding of a lamp 1 is covered with a shade 2 having an opening hole 3. The opening hole 3 is formed by cutting out the shade round, and a diffusion plate 4 is installed on the lamp 1 side. When the lamp 1 is lit, light from the lamp 1 is transmitted through the diffusion plate 4, and the opening hole 3 acts as a luminescent surface. In this case, the size of the luminescent surface shining into the eyes of a viewer is set to 0.1×10<-4> -1.0×10<-4> radians, and luminance is set to 18,000 cd/m<2> or less. When the luminescent surface of the opening 3 is looked squarely by a viewer, the viewer feels glitter without feeling uncomfortable glare.
