PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength between a masking material and the surface of a member, by forming the marks of vent holes of a masking material to be formed into recessed shape by using a molding die in which respective openings of vent holes in the die surface are projected from the die surface. CONSTITUTION:Projecting parts 4, 5 are formed in horizontal and vertical directions in the die surfaces 2A, 3A of the upper die 2 and the lower die 3 of a molding die 1, respectively, and vent holes 6, 7 surrounded by the projecting parts 4, 5, respectively, are opened. The vent holes 6, 7 are slightly projected from the die surfaces 2A, 3A, respectively. By using this molding die 1, a masking material 10 composed of a sheet-like polystyrene formed body is formed. In the surface and the rear of this masking material 10, recessed grooves 11 resulting from the projecting parts 4, 5 on the die surfaces 2A, 3A of the molding die 1 are formed in horizontal and vertical directions. Further, recessed parts 12 resulting from the vent holes 6, 7 are formed in the surfaces and rears of blocks surrounded by the recessed grooves 11. By this method, an adhesive layer, etc., can be uniformly provided to the surface of the masking material 10. |
