摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the bonding characteristics and the super plastic forgeability of a forging starting material at the time of producing said material by using specific alloys contg. independently different contents of the components such as C, Cr, Co, Mo, W and Al in the central part and outer circumferential part of a disk. CONSTITUTION:In said turbine disk, the central part is formed with an A-alloy and the outer circumferential part is formed with a B-alloy; the disk is produced by super plastic forging. Said A-alloy contains 0.09-0.02% C, 8-12% Cr, 6-9% Co, 1.5-4.5% Mo, 2.5-4.5% W, etc., and the balance Ni. On the other hand, the B-alloy contains 0.07-0.02% C, 7-18% Cr, 13-17% Co, 1.5-4.5% Mo, 4.5-7.5% W, etc., and the balance Ni.
