PURPOSE:To form the vertical wall as an element fixing surface of a heat sink with the high accuracy of positioning by fastening the heat sink so that the vertical wall fixing a semiconductor element of the heat sink is projected slightly from a final position and shaping a necessary position at a predetermined position through a flat-pushing by a punch. CONSTITUTION:The position of an inserting hole 2 is formed deviated slightly in the direction of the vertical wall 7 of a heat sink 1 to be inserted. When the heat sink 1 is fastened to the upper surface of an eyelet 5 under normal conditions by using an incorporating jig 3, the position of the vertical wall 7 of the heat sink 1 is fixed under the state in which the position of the vertical wall is projected slightly from the final position of a semiconductor element fixing surface at all times even when the heat sink 1 moves in the inserting hole 2 in a cooling process. The eyelet 5 is encased in an eyelet encasing section 9 while the upper surface of the flange section of the eyelet is held and pressed and fixed by an eyelet fixture 10, and a punch 12 is pushed in from a through-hole 11, thus plastically deforming the necessary section of the vertical wall 7 of the heat sink 1, then forming the element fixing surface at a predetermined position. |
