PURPOSE:To form a cyan color image which does not cause a hue change due to heat, humidity and light by using a specified compd. for the titled coupler of forming a cyan dye. CONSTITUTION:The compd. shown by formula I is used for the titled coupler. In the formula, R1-R3 and Y are each hydrogen atom. or a substituting group, X is hydrogen atom. or a substituting group capable of releasing by reacting with the oxidant of a color developing main agent and the substituting groups shown by the groups R1-R3 are exemplified by for example, alkyl or aryl group, etc. The group capable of releasing by reacting with the oxidant of a color developing main agent shown by the group X, are exemplified by for example, halogen atom. or alkoxy group, etc. Thus, the titled coupler which does not cause the hue change due to the heat, the humidity and the light, and forms the cyan color matter image, is obtd. |
