INFRARED RAY DETECTING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an output of an infrared detecting device in a form of frequency, by constituting an oscillation device by using a surface acoustic wave element and also, and using this surface acoustic wave element as a thermal type element. CONSTITUTION:A radiation temperature detecting device for surface acoustic wave is constituted by a surface acoustic wave oscillator consisting of a piezoelectric body substrate 11, a feedback amplifier 12 and an inter-digital electrode 13. Further, the intensity of infrared rays is observed as the variation of oscillation frequency of the surface acoustic wave oscillator by irradiating the infrared rays on a propagating passage of the surface acoustic wave of the substrate 11.
