PURPOSE:To obtain an image without a flicker even with a public VTR by executing photoelectric conversion to two image signals obtained from different optical system parts for one field period respectively with more than one piece, and recording and reproducing the time-divided image signal. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 101 of an optical system part 10 executes opening/closing mutually in right/left with a field frequency. Incident light passing through different routes or right and left is synthesized by a mirror 102 and a half mirror 103 and image-formation is executed through an image-formation system 104 on the image pickup surface of an image pickup element 111. At such a time, since an R image and an L image are image-formed on the element 111 for one field period, the element 111 is driven at the double speed of the normal speed. The output of the element 111 is removed by a memory 112 and a switch 113 and the signal of the R image and the L image are outputted from an image pickup part 11 in time-division. The signal is sent to a signal processing part 12 and the recording and reproducing are executed by a recording reproducing part 13 in the same way as a standard TV signal. Thus, a three-dimensional image can be obtained without the flicker even with the public VTR. |
