PURPOSE:To enable winding in a short time by few processes by opening a coil holding means in the radial direction and mounting a wound coil into a groove for winding formed to the inner circumference of a cylindrical article. CONSTITUTION:A coil holding means 20, which can be opened and closed in the radial direction, is closed up to an outside diameter where the means 20 is not brought into contact with the inside diameter of a cylindrical type core 10 even under the state in which a wire rod is wound on an outer circumference, the wire rod is wound on the outer circumference of the coil holding means 20, and the means 20 is inserted into the cylindrical type core 10. A coil 13 shaped on the outer circumference of the coil holding means 20 is pushed against a groove 11 for winding in the inner circumference of the cylindrical type core 10 by opening the coil holding means 20 in the radial direction, and the coil 13 is set up. Windings are conducted outside the cylindrical type core 10 by a series of these operation, and a plural layer of coils can be fitted simultaneously into the groove 11 for winding in the inner circumference of the cylindrical type core 10. Accordingly, the winding time can be shortened by few processes even when the number of turns of the coil and the number of coil layers are increased. |
