<p>PURPOSE:To obviate the deterioration even under high humidity, by dissolving a polymer conducting agent into lower alcohol, adding a radical generating agent such as benzoyl peroxide thereto and using the mixture thereof for a moisture sensitive element. CONSTITUTION:For example, a copolymer of vinyl benzyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and methyl methacrylate with 1:4 molar ratio is used as a polymer conducting agent, and, for example, benzoyl peroxide is used as a radical generating agent. The polymer conducting agent is dissolved in lower alcohol (for example, methanol, ethanol, etc.) to prepare a 3% soln., and 0.2-0.4% benzoyl peroxide is added thereto. An insulating alumina substrate 2 provided with electrodes 1, 1 made of a pair of comb-shaped thin gold foils is dipped in such soln., whereafter the substrate is heat-treated in an atmosphere kept at 110 deg.C, whereby a moisture sensitive element 3 is obtd. The sulfonated material of a styrene-divinyl benzene copolymer, the sulfonated material of polystyrene, etc. are usable in addition to the above as the polymer conducting agent.</p> |
