<p>PURPOSE:To perform simultaneously the evacuation of the inside of a hermetic vacuum vessel made of metal and brazing of a cover body in the stage of producing said vessel, by disposing plural brazing materials at some intervals between the opening face of the metallic vessel body and the cover body placed thereon, and heating the assembly in a vacuum heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:Plural brazing materials 5 are disposed on the surface in the opening 2 of a vessel 1 made of an Al alloy, etc. and gaps 6 for evacuation are formed between said materials. A cover body 3 for the vessel 1 is placed on the materials 5 and if necessary, a weight is placed thereon and the assembly is put into a vacuum heating furnace. The inside of the furnace is evacuated to evacuate the inside of the vessel 1 from the gaps 6. When the prescribed degree of vacuum is attained, the temp. of the heating furnace is elevated to melt the materials 5. The cover body 3 diffuses the molten materials 5 over the entire part between the top surface in the opening and the cover body 3 by the own weight or the weight placed thereon. The assembly is cooled to allow the brazing material to solidify, whereby the high vacuum hermetic vessel is easily produced.</p> |
