<p>PURPOSE: To obtain the subject woven fabric having a large strength and a high elastic modulus, having excellent moldability as a laminating material, not leaving bubbles in a molded product, and suitable for laminates having large areas by using thermoplastic resin fiber yarns and reinforcing fiber yarns as warps and wefts. CONSTITUTION: This woven fabric for fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin laminates is obtained by weaving thermoplastic resin fiber yarns such as polypropylene fiber yarns and reinforcing fiber yarns (e.g. glass fiber yarns) as warps 2A and warps 1A, respectively, with thermoplastic resin fiber yarns and reinforcing fiber yarns as wefts 2B and wefts 1B, respectively, into a woven fabric such as a regular basket weave so that a woven fabric tissue can be formed from only the reinforcing fiber yarns, even when the thermoplastic resin fiber yarn warps 2A and 2B are removed.</p> |
