<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a transfer means by controlling the vertical movement of a withdrawal means so that an empty housing box drawn out of a housing means and held by the withdrawal means will approach the highest position of said boxes mounted on the transfer means. CONSTITUTION:Pallets P1-P4 containing different parts and mounted on a mounting bed 52 of a buffer 22 from a unmanned vehicle 20 in the stacked condition have a pallet Pa corresponding to a pallet P emptied in a stocker 24 and separated by separating claws 66, 68 and are withdrawn by a supply means of an elevator 26. The elevator 26 withdraws an empty pallet P'1 from the stocker 24 elevated to a separating position by a withdrawal means and holds said pallet P' on the lower surface of said withdrawal means to supply the pallet Pa to the stocker 24 for replenishment. The elevator 26 is lowered to bring the empty pallet P'1 held on the lower surface of the withdrawal means near an empty pallet P'2 mounted on a transfer mechanism 76 and release the holding for stacking. Similarly the pallets are stacked and discharged until a sensor S4 detects the pallets. Thus, the discharging means are simplified.</p> |
