<p>PURPOSE:To detect the accurate voltage by setting the electrodes of both sides at a ground GND level after the voltage is detected at an optional position at the opposite side. CONSTITUTION:When the X coordinates are detected, the control terminals 25-28 are controlled in three steps. In an initial state the transistors (TR3, 4, 6 and 7 are turned off, the TR5 and 8 are turned on and the electrodes of both sides are kept at a ground (GND) level respectively. Then the TR3 and 4 are turned on and the voltage is applied in the X direction. In this case, the electrode of the voltage detecting side is kept at a GND level. The TR8 is turned off and the voltage is detected through an output terminal 30 at an optional position in the X direction. Then the TR3, 4, 6 and 7 are turned off, the TR5 and 8 are turned on and both electrodes are kept at a GND level respectively. In this case, the electrode of the X direction is changed to a GND level from a potential of 5V. The TR6 and 7 are turned on and the voltage is applied in the Y direction. The electrode of the voltage detecting side is kept at a GND level. Then the TR5 is turned off and the voltage is delivered through a terminal 29 at an optional position of the Y coordinates. In such a way, both electrodes are kept temporarily at a GND level after the voltage of a prescribed level is applied between both side electrodes. Thus the voltage is accurately detected.</p> |
