PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a printed matter and to easily regulate the swing width and manner of a swing roller by pivotally securing a cam follower to one end of a swing lever to engage it with the cam slot of a motor shaft, pivotally securing a roll to the other end to engage it with a groove wheel on a swing roller end shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 17 of swing rollers 7, 11 is rotated, a groove cam 20 is rotated to rock a swing lever 25 by the operation of a cam slot 20a, and the rollers 7, 11 are axially reciprocated in a swing width according to the lift of the cam 20. As a result, a transferring ink is moved axially on the periphery of the roller to be uniformly distributed to eliminate irregular coloring in elevational and lateral directions of a printed matter, a printing failures, such as ghost, roller seams, etc. A plurality of groove cams having different sizes and shapes are prepared, and printing conditions are coped by replacing them. After a nut 22 is loosened to release the fixture of the inner wheel of a roll bearing 23 to a motor shaft 19, a motor base 18 is disconnected from the motor 17 to remove the motor 17. Then, the cam 20 can be easily removed. |
