PURPOSE:To use a radio telephone set connected to a connection device through a radio line by directly connecting a wire line by a direct connection means in case of the trouble of a radio line controller. CONSTITUTION:In case of the trouble of a radio line controller 3, a manual switch 8 is turned on to directly connect wire lines 2-1-2-n and connection lines 4-1-4-n respectively. A radio telephone set 7-1 transmits a call signal to a connection device 5-1 corresponding to this radio telephone set 7-1 at the time of off-hook. The connection device 5-l sets the wire line 2-1 directly connected to the connection line 4-1 to the DC loop closed state and transmits a calling start signal to the radio telephone set 7-1. Thus, the radio telephone set connected to the connection device through the radio line can be used.
