PURPOSE:To analyze a peak value of wave with high accuracy, by successively distributing an analogue pulse signal for conversion to an A/D converter performing no converting operation at the present point of time each time when said signal arrives. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of A/D converter circuits 11-1, 11-2,... are prepared and the analogue signal 13 inputted to an analogue signal input means 12 is appropriately distributed to the unused one among said circuits 11-1, 11-2,... and the output thereof is outputted as a digital signal through a digital signal transmitting means 14. As mentioned above, since analogue/digital conversion is performed in the circuit other than the circuit during analogue/digital conversion, all of pulse signals can be converted even when pulse signals arrives at timewise close intervals. Therefore, the counting omission of the pulse signals is prevented and a highly accurate analytical result is obtained.
