The invention relates to a device making it possible to produce a round bouquet with a water reservoir, using flowers with short stems. It consists of a ball made from wettable meshed flower-arranging foam 1 traversed by a drain 2 whose end soaks in the water 3, the stems of the cut flowers are poked into the ball of foam 4, the flowers and the foliage are cut at an angle and poked into the ball of foam 5. Fruits and/or confectionery poked onto the end of a cocktail stick may also be added to the bouquet. The bouquet is supplied with water by capillarity by means of the drain. <IMAGE>
