Tap for a bottle of pressurised gas, of the type including a body intended to be fixed onto a bottle head 9 with a delivery passage for gas 13 equipped with a valve 12 with a rod 14 sliding through a sealing bellows 17 and which is joined to a rod 21 of a pneumatic control piston 24 with antagonistic return spring 28 into the closed position of the valve 12, characterised by manual means 33 for axially displacing the piston 24, with a stop in the closed position of the valve 12.
