PURPOSE:To make a printing paper driver in a printing device smaller in size, by a method wherein a printing paper take-up shaft and a printing paper supply shaft are made movable each to be moved to positions corresponding to the take-up diameter of a printing paper. CONSTITUTION:A printing paper 13 is separated into a printed seal 14 and a mount 15 after being printed by a printing head 16, and the mount 15 is taken-up by a printing paper take-up shaft 12. The driving force for taking up the printing paper is transmitted to the take-up shaft 12 through gears 18, 17. As the printing paper 13 is supplied, the take-up diameter of the printing paper 13 decreases and an arm 10 rotates leftwards. At this time, the printing paper take-up shaft 12 moves closer to the printing head 16. The travel of a printing paper supply shaft 11 and the take-up shaft 12 in this manner enables the printing paper 13 to be taken up in a smaller space. |
