PURPOSE:To facilitate the circuit adjustment by separating part of a main transmission line arranged between open stubs, installing a conductor on a locus taking its distance as a radius and using one of separated main transmission lines as a start point and connecting it electrically. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a circuit board 1, a main transmission line 2, a conductor 3 and thin metallic a wire 4. Through the constitution above, the FET chip is connected electrically to the main transmission line formed on the circuit board 1 by using the thin metallic wire 4 and arranged near the circuit board 1. Part of the main transmission line 2 is separated and the conductor 3 is located on a locus taking its distance as a radius. The conductor 3 and the main transmission line 2 are connected by the thin metallic wire 4 and the conductor 3 is placed by taking one of the separated main transmission line 2 as a start point. Thus, the circuit adjustment in the impedance matching circuit is attained easily over a wide range. |
