Set of forms, especially for income tax declarations and applications for annual adjustment of income tax, being composed of at least one DIN-A3 format sheet 1 which is folded so as to have the size of a DIN-A4 format sheet, the DIN-A3 format sheet being composed of two individual DIN-A4 format sheets 2, 3 for printing which have, along an adjacent longitudinal edge 6, 7, a device for fixedly connecting the two individual DIN-A4 format sheets. <IMAGE>
