<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a substrate having good warpage by using positioning chucks which are radially split and subjecting the substrate for information recording having an air sandwich structure to ultrasonic welding. CONSTITUTION:The positioning chuck 13 is constituted of split bodies 13a-13c and guide parts 15a-15c thereof. Connecting pins 16a-16c of the chuck 13 are connected to an air chuck 16 and the split bodies 13a-13c are radially opened to the position of a stopper 19 by the compressed air from an air feed pipe 17. An outside circumferential spacer 5 and the substrate 3a are superposed on an anvil 11 and the chuck 13 is inserted into a center hole 2 in this constitution. The bodies 13a-13c are then opened by the compressed air to position the substrate 3a. The substrate 3a and the spacer 5 are ultrasonically welded in this state; thereafter, the substrates 3a, 3b are superposed via the inside circumferential spacer 6 and are positioned by the chuck 13 in the same manner as mentioned above. The substrates are thus stuck together by the ultrasonic welding, by which the substrate for information recording having the good warpage is obtd.</p> |
