<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the working time for correcting dislocation for improving productivity by allowing a pallet placing table to have specified floating quantity and making a moving mechanism operate only when the dislocation quantity of a car body exceeds the floating quantity. CONSTITUTION:The first placing section 2091 for placing a front section pallet member thereon is connected to the first and second mechanism sections 2181 and 2182 on a front section supporting base 1951 so that it may be moved with specified floating quantity by the first and second mechanism sections 2181 and 2182 in X and Y directions. And if the dislocation quantity of a car body detected by the first - fourth sensor units is within the floating quantity of the first placing section 209, the front section pallet member is raised to perform assembling. On the other hand, if it exceeds the floating quantity, a servo motor is driven according to car body dislocation quantity to move a placing table 208 in X and Y directions to perform the location correction of the front lower section parts and screws set on pallets. On rear lower section parts and screws, the same dislocation correction is also performed. This make it possible to shorten dislocation correction time and to improve productivity.</p> |
