PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of press-forming an steel plate in order to hollow out the same, by hollowing out a part of a core board so as to separate a hollowed part and a body part from each other, by applying cloth or leather on these parts part, and then by coupling these parts with each other with their cloth parts being superposed with each other. CONSTITUTION:Upon manufacture of a door trim, recessed and protected parts of a core board 2 forming the trim applied with cloth or leather on the inside of an automobile door 1 are hollowed out so as to separate thus hollow out part 2a from a body part 2b. Further, a cut-out aperture 2c is formed in the core board 2 at a position where the hollowed out part 2a has been present. Cloth or leather 4a, 4b is applied on each of the front sides (inboard side) of the hollowed out part 2a and the body part 2b with the end parts thereof being folded toward the back sides of the parts. Then, the hollowed out part 2a is fitted in the cut-out aperture 2c. Thereafter the hollowed out part 2a and the body part 2b are coupled with each other by pins 5 and brackets 6 so as to complete the trim part 3 applied with leather or cloth. |
